  • What is the cost to personalize my embroidery:
    We are glad to personalize your embroidery at no additional cost to you.
  • I can find the right embroidery color:
    All our embroideries can be modified on demand: sub-model, color, equipment. First, choose the generic embroidery you’d like, then use the additional fields to tell us more about the model, the color(s), and the text you would like to see. Feel free to join a picture of what you looking for too. See some examples.
  • I can’t find the vehicle I want:
    During the purchasing process, use the personalization fields to tell us about the vehicle you are looking for, or better, send us a picture. We will be glad to create this model for you. See some examples.

  • When do I get to know the shipping cost:
    The shipping is calculated during the check out process as soon as the delivery country is known.
  • What is the delivery time:
    All our customizations are made to order. You should expect a delivery time of two weeks for standard customizations and up to five weeks for customizations based on a picture you sent. You can contact us at any time to know where your order stands.
  • How can I track the shipping:
    By default we use Frenc Post Office colissimo 48 hours. After you receive a shipping confirmation from us, check the shipping status on www.colissimo.net with the Colissimo tracking number.
  • What is your return policy?
    Your satisfaction is guaranteed by a 100% money back return. No questions asked. It’s that simple.
    Our warranty covers all the products you buy on speed-boutiques. You have 30 days to return the unsused product, and we will credit your credit-card for the total amount of the transaction as soon as we receive your package.
